We were appointed as the Principal Contractor for the external refurbishment works to all elevations of this property, located in the heart of Kings Road, Chelsea. Following the erection of a NASC Design Complaint scaffolding, erected outside of normal working hours, the property was cleaned using the DOFF cleaning system. Following this, brick repairs and brick repointing took place, including the gauging repointing of the brick arches. To enhance the EPC rating of the building, all of the existing sash windows were replaced with double glazed units. The main flat roof and rear flat roof were overlaid using Langley felt roofing systems, in conjunction with the installation of two new double glazed rooflight units. To conclude the project, all previously painted metalwork were redecorated using Dulux paint systems.
