The works consisted of the full refurbishment of the internal parts of the building to include six flats and the common parts. The works included: General strip out of items to be replaced: new kitchen suites, new bathroom suites, major re-modelling to the lower ground floor to create a back of house area and additional bedroom to Flat 1, major re-modelling of the top apartment to create a second top floor apartment, creation of lift lobbies and new lift opening to Flat 1, new floor coverings throughout, all new electric heating & hot water systems, full electrical re-wire and internal decorations.
