The scope of works to the Ealing Town Hall comprised of external repairs and refurbishment, with some minor alterations internally. More specifically, these external works included repairs to slate pitched roofs, lead and asphalt flat roofs, further to other lead repairs. Masonry repairs, including stonework repairs took place and rainwater goods were repaired/renewed. Fire escape provisions were improved throughout the building.
