This external refurbishment project commenced with an R&D asbestos and Bat survey, followed by the repairs and re-decoration of fourteen timber sash windows, doors and gates, tile replacements, re-building of a chimney stack, re-pointing works, the renewal of a lead collar, vegetation removal and the replacement and re-decoration of defective rainwater goods (RWG’s).
