The works to the west elevation of Ham House included the following: • Masonry repairs to brickwork, including re-pointing works • Stone repairs to deteriorated quoin stones • Repairs to leaded windows • Repairs to timber windows using the Repair Care Window Repair system • Slate replacements • Lead repairs to the existing leaded box gutter • Cleaning of rainwater goods and removal of Pigeon Guano • DOFF cleaning to entrance steps • Full re-decorations of previously decorated surfaces
