This project consisted of both the full external and internal refurbishment of the property, with the former entailing brick, terracotta, render and stone cleaning and associated repairs, traditional brick re-pointing & gauged re-pointing, general roofing repairs to clay tiles & Eternit slate tiles, Windowcare repairs, a new high-performance felt roofing system, joinery & metalwork repairs. Internally, all 10 flats of the property had new kitchens and bathrooms installations, full re-decorations, new flooring coverings, new bathroom floor and wall tiling and new joinery installations. Lastly, the common parts of the property was re-decorated with a new carpet floor covering laid, in addition to the re-varnishing and re-decorating of the staircase.
